I am moving out of my two bedroom, two bath apartment and looking for a a female student to take over my lease from December/January to August xxxx. My roommate, who will be staying in the apartment, is a UNCG graduate student as well. The room for rent has a bathroom in the room as well as a spacious closet. It is located in a quiet residential community, approximately 15 min from the UNCG campus. Amenities include a pool, fitness room, laundry facilities, tennis courts, and more.
